专利说明:

The creative hormone oxytocin increased in children and parents, sympathetic stress decreased and blood pressure fluctuations decreased and the need for extra oxygen supply also decreased when the child was carried according to the kangaroo method.
Despite the known benefits of carrying premature babies according to the kangaroo method, these children are often cared for most of the time in an incubator and only a few hours a day skin to skin with the mother or father. One probable reason for this is that there is no suitable device for carrying premature babies in this way.
It is known to use a body sock inside which you stop the premature baby and then wrap the child and wearer in a supportive shawl. However, it has proved difficult to use this combination of body stocking and shawl, and it is difficult to give the child the right support and to breastfeed the child while it is being carried and to create a microclimate suitable for the child.
Furthermore, these children's skin is very sensitive to external influences, such as pressure from seams and folds of the material that lies against the child's body etc.
Furthermore, a suitable microclimate must be created for the child inside the carrying device in combination with the parent's body to prevent the child e.g. dries out, becomes too cold or too hot and a good skin contact is created.
There is thus today a great medical and development-promoting need to expand the practical possibilities of carrying a child skin to skin from the shorter periods of the day (one to a few hours during the day) to longer periods and also at night. Summary of the invention An object of the invention is thus to provide a premature baby carrier device by means of which the above-mentioned disadvantages are completely or partially eliminated. Furthermore, it must enable good skin-to-skin contact and that heating of the child is achieved at the same time as the wearer becomes mobile. Another purpose is to reduce the time that a premature baby stays in an incubator and to increase the possibility and time that the baby is carried skin to skin.
A further object is to provide a system for carrying a premature baby.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a premature baby carrier device comprising a harness with shoulder straps, which are arranged to extend around at least two rear shoulder areas of the wearer, and at least one hip strap connected to the shoulder straps and arranged to extend around at least the rear hip of the wearer part, and a carrying bag mounted at the shoulder straps and the hip strap comprising a front piece which together with at least the chest straps and the hip strap forms a carrying pocket, and it is characteristic of the invention that the front piece comprises a central portion with a lower part connected to the at least one hip strap. extends obliquely outwards, upwards in a substantially V-shape along the respective side edge of the central portion from the at least one hip strap, and that the respective side bands are connected to the central portion with a wall portion.
This object is also achieved with a system for carrying a premature baby comprising a premature baby carrier device of the above-mentioned type and a detachable insert arranged to be placed inside the baby pocket formed by the baby carrier and to be adapted to the size of the child as it grows. Further embodiments of the child carrier device according to the invention are stated in the dependent claims.

Fig. 2 is a side view of the premature baby carrier in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a rear view of the premature baby carrier in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 is a plan view of the outside of a front piece of the premature baby carrier shown in Figs. 1-3 and without coupling devices, - Fig. 5 is a plan view of the inside of the front piece in Fig. 4 and shown with a detachable insert intended to be used together with the premature baby carrier device according to the invention, - Fig. 6 is a top view on a larger scale of the insert, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view on a larger scale of the insert in Fig. 6.
Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiments A premature baby carrier device according to the invention is intended to be a baby carrier device intended to carry children weighing from about 1,000 grams to about 3,000 grams.
As shown in Figs. 1-4, a premature baby carrier device 1 comprises a harness 2 comprising shoulder straps 3, which are arranged to extend around at least the two rear shoulder areas of the wearer, and at least one hip strap 4 connected to the shoulder straps and arranged to stretch around at least the rear hip portion of the wearer, and a carrying bag 10 mounted at the shoulder straps and the hip strap 10 comprising a front piece 6 which together with at least the chest straps and the hip strap forms a carrying pocket 7.
The front piece 6 comprises a supporting, preferably padded, central portion 8 with a lower part 8a connected to the at least one hip strap 4 or a hip strap 9, in the drawings a hip strap is shown. Furthermore, side straps 10 are arranged, which extend obliquely outwards, upwards in substantially V-shape along respective side edge 8b of the central portion 8 from the hip strap 9. Respective side straps 10 are connected to the central portion via a preferably wedge-shaped wall portion 11 In a preferred embodiment, shown in Fig. 4, an end 10a of respective side straps 10 is further attached to the hip strap 9. The central portion 8 comprises an upper edge portion 15 which is foldable towards the outside of the hip strap. the central portion 8 along a line extending substantially from the point of attachment of the upper part of the attachment of one wall portion 11 to the central portion 8 to the upper part of the attachment of the other wall portion 11 to said portion. This is to allow good visual contact with the child and to regulate the heat.
Adjustable buckles 20a, 20b are arranged at the free ends 9a (buckles 20a) of the hip strap 9 for connection to at least the hip strap 4 included in the harness and at the respective free end 10b of the side straps 10 (buckles 20b) for connection to the respective shoulder strap 3.
In a preferred embodiment, an additional adjustable buckle 20c is arranged at the side edge of the respective side strap 10 at a distance from the hip strap 4 for connection to at least one waist strap 12 included in the harness 2. This hip strap is for pulling the child towards the wearer's body to get so good carrier ergonomics as possible. Fig. 3 shows the harness 2 as carried by a carrier. The chest straps 3, the hip straps 4 and the waist straps 12 are shown connected at a central part 14. The purpose of the central part 14 is partly to ensure that there are no protruding parts / buckles on the wearer's back side which can reduce discomfort when the wearer of the harness lies down on the back or sitting leaning against a backrest, and partly to ensure that the hip straps and waist straps are placed at a suitable mutual distance. Furthermore, the belt 2 in the embodiment shown is completely detachable from the front piece 6 by means of the adjustable buckles 20a-20c. The way in which the front piece 6 is supported by the carrier can be completely regulated by individually tightening / loosening the belts 3, 4 and 12 of the belt 2.
As can be seen from Figs. 1 and 2, adjustable coupling devices 22 are arranged between the respective side edge 13 of the central portion 6 and the respective side strap 10 for controlling the effective distance between them. Preferably, the coupling device 22 comprises a coupling device of the type described in the document SE 522 245 C2, wherein at least one coupling part 23 is rotatably, releasably attached to a post (not shown), which is preferably attached to the respective side strap 10. This coupling part 23 can, as in said document, be rotatable 180 ° about an axis through the horizontal plane of the coupling part 23 seen in relation to the main extent of the side band 9, but this is not necessary. The coupling device 22 further comprises a buckle 24 and a strap 25, whereby the effective distance between the coupling part 23 and the buckle 24 can be changed by means of the strap, and thus the distance between respective side straps 9 and respective side edge 12 of the front piece 6.
In the embodiment shown in the figures, four coupling devices 22 are shown on each side of the front piece 6, but it is obvious that this number can be e.g. three or five or any other number.
The purpose of the wall portion 11 of the front piece 6 in combination with the adjustable coupling devices 22 is to provide a limited lowering of the central portion 8, when the wearer of the baby carrier device wishes to lift in or out of the premature baby in / out of the carrying pocket 7, and a support for the child so that it cannot fall out of the carrying pocket 7. This lowering of the central portion can take place by either successively releasing the straps 25, or by detaching the coupling parts 23 from the posts. If desired, you can release the straps / loosen the coupling parts on either one or both sides of the central part. When breastfeeding, it may be appropriate to only release / release on the coupling devices 22 at one side of the baby carrier device, the carrier bag 5 being arranged a little obliquely on the carrier. Furthermore, it is possible to change the position of the child in the carrying pocket in a simple way.
In a preferred embodiment, the wall portion 11 is constituted by an entire piece of cloth, but it is obvious that the piece of cloth can be provided to a greater or lesser degree with holes for providing a suitable microclimate for the child in the carrying pocket 7.
As shown in Fig. 2, a distance L for attaching the hip strap / hip strap 4,9 and the waist strap 12 to the respective side straps 10 should be such that it is easy to insert a hand between the hip strap / hip strap 4,9 and the waist strap 12 and further. between the wearer's torso and the side strap l0 in order to make it possible to easily access the child to control and change position on e.g. the baby's legs and torso if needed and that you can caress and calm the baby. In an embodiment not shown, the respective wall portion ll is provided with one or more insert slots for the parents' hands in order, in the same way as above, to make it easy to access the child from the outside of the carrying pocket.
Fig. 5 shows an insert, cocoon, releasably placed at a lower part of the front piece 6, seen as when the child carrier device is carried. The size of this insert is adapted to the child's size and / or weight, and is thus replaced as the child grows. The insert is shown in Fig. 6 in the form of a view from above and in Fig. 7 in the form of a perspective view. This insert may be formed from a single piece of suitable material to avoid any seams or other edges on at least the side of the insert facing the child.
Furthermore, it is important that the insert 30 completely or partially encloses and provides support, especially laterally, to the child placed in the insert. For this reason, the insert 30 is provided at the respective side with wings 31 or corresponding means (Fig. 7).
It is thanks to different sizes of the insert 30, adapted to the size and weight of the child, that the baby carrier device can be used for carrying premature babies, and in which insert the child rests in whole or in part.
Furthermore, the effort itself is used to move the child from the incubator to the baby carrier, when needed. When using the child carrier, when the child is to be placed in the carrier, the child is moved in the insert 30 to the baby carrier, the central portion 8 of the front piece preferably being completely lowered and suitably placed almost horizontally on a table of suitable height, after which the child with the insert is placed against the inside of the front piece, after which the length of the straps 25, and possibly the waist straps 12, is adjusted so that the child lies against the mother / father's breasts in a suitable manner. 10 15 20 It is important that the materials that rest against the baby's body are soft, smooth and compliant with a little friction. The child carrier device must have good moisture transport in the parts that do not constitute an enclosure for the child, which must instead limit the flow of moisture to minimize fluid loss from the child's skin. The fabric that is in contact with the child's skin should not get wet but should transport the moisture further out towards the outer fabric through any insulation layer. To avoid unnecessary fluid loss, the relative humidity should be high, about 80%. The material for the child is preferably cotton knitwear, but it may conceivably consist of other materials such as a woven fabric of cotton or bamboo or some other woven fabric suitable for the purpose.
In the above description, the terms hip straps 4 and waist straps 12, respectively, have been used, but it is obvious that the hip and waist straps, respectively, can consist of a separate strap made in one piece.
Furthermore, fixed, adjustable buckles 20 have been shown arranged at the side straps 10 and waist straps 9 of the front piece 6, but it is obvious to the person skilled in the art that these buckles can be of a type which are openable and adjustable for loosening of e.g. one of the free ends 9a of the hip strap 9 from the hip strap 4.
